I was sent an incorrect wine order,I emailed and was taken care of and sent the correct order I was really happy and they let me keep thewine that was incorrect, So I thought that was kind and I passed it on to someone who greatly appreciated the wine as they were having a expensive time and it was a little unexpected treat for them.

Great company very responsive customer service. Order arrived with no breakages in very remote location. Will be ordering again from Hello Drinks
