Service in the store is not great and delivery was slow despite it being within Toronto (a few blocks away from the store)

The boot is beautiful. However the quality in zipper and laces isn’t the greatest. I notice I am constantly re-tying the laces and the zipper on the side seems to slide down often.

It took a while for the order to process and be sent (ie: not a Canada Post issue).

Recieved quickly and very happy with service/delivery, just not happy as the right shoe fits and the left shoe does not.

Boots were great but we were charged for a "free return" and could not undo it. it was simply added to the price of the goods, plus shipping and tax which is normal.
