Staff were helpful during pickup

Overall I was happy with the selection of the shoes, and the quickness of the order. My only complaint would be the return policy for shoes on sale and generally not being allowed to return them. Buying shoes online is tricky and a more flexible policy would be appreciated

The site was easy to navigate, filter.. lots of details and pics provided for all boots I looked at. Boots I ordered shipped quickly and arrived quicker than I thought.

Love the boots but was sent the wrong color

Great service and love your shoes
