Great customer service

Heel Boy is my favourite boutique! The product and personal attention are unparalleled…the heel boy team is always ready with the perfect recommendation and all the details to help you make an informed decision…it’s amazing shopping with good friends who really know their stuff :)

Timely delivery of my online order, and when the shoe (boots) didn't fit, I returned them to the shop and they got the proper size in within just days. Fantastic customer service!

Great service Handling prompt exchange when I ordered wrong size

The best shoe store ever.
