The gasket on the machine was split when received but still worked

Shopping was very easy. As well as ordering. The actual shipment time was probably normal and fell within published expected range. A couple of products were slightly disappointing and I could have benefited from more robust product descriptions.

most of the items are well built and last a long time however several of the items are not so well built. The controllers do not give you variable speeds like advertised. Overall I will still continue to purchase items from the site
