Ring was fine but failed to scribe the inside as requested....this was important because it was a wedding ring

I needed our wedding rings refinished and I got a call after I had dropped them of saying that they would like to just go ahead and redo both rings completely I agreed. There was engraving done on the original wedding rings that we discussed would be done to the new rings that never got done. So when I received them by mail in Seattle and saw that they weren't engraved and would have to send them back to Hawaii we were kinda bummed. So I'm just waiting on them to get engraved and mailed back to Seattle then I can complete my review.

I bought the ring for my husband, and had it engraved. The engraving and the ring was beautiful. However, after about 1 month of wearing, the ring is scratched badly. I understand this happens to jewelry, but my husband works in an office, not with his hands much, so I'm surprised at how easily the ring gets scuffed up. It's now been 2 months, and he can't even wear the ring for fear it will get too damaged. He's having to take it to a jewelry store to see if they can fix it. I've had to buy him a replacement ring. Beautiful ring that he doesn't even get to wear much. :(
