I bought my ring in April 2016 while on the big island for a triathlon. After about 9 months it started showing weird signs of wear. I notified them and they immediately took the ring back and fixed it, no questions asked. It is a great ring and gets lots of compliments. I am especially happy that they corrected the mistake under warranty and did not try to argue that it was my fault, like a lot of companies might do. I would recommend them for sure!

My wife & I have visited the Big Island approx 10 times. On our last visit in April, I decided to buy myself a nice ring. They have a great website that is extremely easy to navigate, and if you are not on the Big Island, ordering on the website looks very easy. Since we shop at Costco during our visits, I knew exactly where their company was located. We stopped there the next day and were amazed at the huge selections they had on display. I found a dark koa and titanium combination that I liked, got sized and ordered my ring. About 10 days later, I got a call and picked it up. I could not have been more pleased with it and have worn it continuously since we returned to the mainland. i am extremely happy with my ring and would certainly recommend Hawaii Titanium Rings to anyone interested in a quality piece of jewelry.
