Only cause I can’t get a hold of anyone to see what going on with my refund

I placed my order on 9/28/23 and received my order on 10/10/23 after requesting information on my order several times. I understand things happen out of our control and placed another order on 10/10/23 and received noticed the order has been shipped. Overall I am happy with all products I ordered.

Arrived broken, can't get a response from anyone for a refund or replacement. Don't do it.

I ordered this cart and it took 7 days for it to ship out after the 3rd day I wrote an email to customer service wondering whats up with the order of which I still haven't received a reply 3 weeks later and it took 7 days for it to ship out. Completely left in the dark for 7 days on my order status but was absolutely charged on my card the second I placed my order. If It happens again on the new order i just placed yesterday n I will not return

Ordered some CBD gummies and a CBD vape. Gummies are disgusting and hard and not shaped properly, not professionally made. Look like they were made in a amateurs kitchen. The vape is either used or leaking. Half empty and sticky. Also has a terrible odor, not like any other cart I have ever had. Don't waste your money.
