I really like the points system.

Seems to be taking longer for orders to be filled and then dropped off at the mailing site. Orders will sit for days before USPS gets the package for transport.

The shipping was much faster than expected. I ordered some Northern Lights shorties and received Banana Runtz instead. The substitution was fine but I would have preferred to be notified or have the option to choose my own substitution.
