Shipping took ages, I wasn’t sure if it would arrive in time for Christmas - no email to update when they had been dispatched. But they did arrive in time so all good in the end.

Excellent customer service. Your size guide should include, and flag, the waist measurements for UK customers. It's a shame you don't offer free or discounted returns. This will put me off ordering again.
