Customer service good, was a little disappointed that the company did not pay for me sending it back to exchange for a better size. Probably won't buy here again.

This has quickly become my favorite brand to buy for my son. The quality is excellent and the clothes are adorable. I like that I’m not putting him in the same cheap clothes as everyone else

Always a pleasure to purchase rain jackets, boots, etc. from Hatley. The colors and prints are beautiful and classical or beautiful and whimsical- all fabulous quality!

Shipping was a little slow, as it took a couple of weeks, but totally satisfied with my purchase.
