Do the right thing and send out self repair kits for Haslab Omega Prime and you need to make a fan apology statement because of how much money we paid and we got a broken product that can’t be repaired. Quality control on an item of this caliber should have been top notch and should not break the first time you use it. I’m sure most fans are quite capable of self repair if you would just offer that. Not only that quality control on other figures has gotten bad also in the last year I have received three other figures that have been bad with broken or missing parts or did not go together correctly. .
