Amazing experience with the jeweler. I bought an engagement ring for my fiance, she loved it. She follows HJ on IG and would send me posts about different pieces she liked, this gave me confidence she would love the ring(and she did). I also got in contact with HJ and asked them to mark one of her favorite rings as sold to make her think someone else purchased her favorite ring from under our noses.
