I'm very impressed with Happy Feet as a company. In this day and age good customer service is hard to find. I was having trouble logging in to Happy Feet's website so I called the company's helpline. The customer service rep was very cheerful and knowledgeable about their stock, found my shoe and applied my discount in under 3 minutes. I received my Zermatt slippers in 4 days. They fit like a glove and I expect them to last at least 10 years.
