It didn’t fit what I needed and after I couldn’t get a refund.

Prices are way over priced order from QVC

Did not work with my phones- returned

I tried to contact the company hours after the order was placed to try to cancel the order. No response. Dealing with returns depart outside the 14 day window when contact was attempted within hours but no reply...still stonewalled. Product is great. Service has not been good.
