HS’s service is the best. First I tried the regular NW and my scalp got really itchy. I contacted customer service and they really helped me out: they advised NW deep and I got the replacement for free. And the advice proved to be correct: NW Deep was the shampoo I needed. I love it! Shipping takes a couple of days, but not too long.

There was a small issue with my order, I contacted customer service who were so helpful and sorted it immediately. Super impressed.
