I had high expectations for this product, considering its high price. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the delivery of the package. Moreover, when the product finally arrived, it was damaged. To add to the disappointment, the replacement product never arrived either.

Service is fine. The product smells amazing but my hair (after using it for a month now) hasn't really changed.
