The products arrived very fast.

Fast shipping and delivery. Only problem I’ve encountered has been with customer service when I mistakenly complained about new was rich that gave me terrible itching was noted on an account I forgot I had…. No response at all, and when Hairstory eventually got back to me 3 months had passed and I didn’t get the order replaced with new was instead. It hurt my finances as this was an order of the full set including mixing and purple so it was quite expensive! Had to re-order the entire set with new was instead of “rich”. I think this although my initial mistake, could have been answered at some point that they Hairstory didn’t have me ordering this set at some point instead of just ignoring me.
