Shipping is RIDICULOUSLY fast and customer service responded quickly. I wasn't happy with the level of service received through customer service but hopefully that will change. Big fan of the ideals of this company and love the commitment to reducing plastic.

Shipping was quick. I am in Australia and thought it would definitely take longer. I would like to hear from the rep however which seems to be a problem.
