I was very impressed with the service I received and the shipping was perfect. In fact, if I'm mistaken, the package arrived earlier than what I was told. THANK YOU

The only thing that needs improvement and could save you a lot of money is the timing on your 30-day review. The book takes a week to get here after you mail it. When it arrives I pay the bill and send the payment back the next day, and yet I still get a second billing because they haven't received the payment yet. If you add 2 weeks to your rebilling date, you won't have to rebill. You have to account for a week to receive and a week to send payment so the customers actually may have a 30-day review, which they don't have now. Understand? Right now it appears to be a 0-day review for the customers.
