After 3 weeks. Left knee doesn’t need the big brace. ‘SLOWLY’ both knees are stiff but starting to bend. Only use my cane walking when knees are easily tired. Push a cart 20% so I practice bending at my knees. now instead of electric cart 100%. taste delicious! Just finished 1 jar. I’m very encouraged.
