Great shipping and packaging! I wish there was a buy 2 instead of 3 option for couples. The 3/6 mo offers stockpile and storage becomes an issue. The 1 month only lasts 15 days for the two of us. I really like the daily tips/emails from Dr. Gundry! Even if it’s not something that I can do (like take a walk every day) it’s still a positive helpful hint and adds joy to my morning. Thank you! The plastic shaker/mixer with the metal wire ball is a lifesaver! Not only does it do a great job with the mixing but I get good hand strength and arm toning/exercise as part of the morning MCT or phyto collagen routine. It’s one of those useful kitchen helpers I never want to be without! I am excited about the Myopeptide mix since I have been adding creatine to my husbands morning phyto collagen mix due to his severe sarcopenia. This will save that extra step. I would say Gundry MD is doing very well! Thank you!
