Products and customer service are excellent, and the plants are extremely well packed. I opt for the winter care pack at this time of year, just in case there are delivery delays, and it has never let me down even if the courier delivery is delayed (mostly Royal Mail, who could take lessons from Grow Tropicals about what the "service" in customer service actually means).

Plants all arrived in great condition and unscathed from the journey! Fab value, really pleased with them.
