Excellent service through using the website with a very nice personal email. Incredible value for some beautiful and rare plants that arrived in excellent condition. Some plants arrived already beginning to sprout new leaves and most have already growing even after just a week of acclimation which goes to show how healthy all of them are.

What’s not to love about GrowTropicals? The amazing plants obs, but also fantastic customer service, a really personal touch with a welcome email and links to further info, including plant care etc. Items received well packaged and shipping was quick - brilliant - what a fab business this is!

Excellent service , always available to answer any questions if needed . Plants are delivered in excellent condition and if cold weather is predicted a heat pack and be added which protects the plant during transit.
