The mats arrived on time and in good condition. The connectors came a few days later on a different shipment.

It took a few weeks as stock was out. They shipped to my residential for no charge…luckily I have a forklift attachment on my tractor

Took close to 8 weeks to come in due to port issues. They were kind enough to discount them a bit for the inconvenience.

THE MATS WERE GREAT AND THE WEBSITE WAS EASY TO NAVIGATE. THERE WAS A LITTLE HICCUP IN THE SHIPPING BUT IT WASN'T A MAJOR DELAY.

I needed to return items, was sent to several people no one seemed to know where I could go. I ordered for my brother he could not use a chair with this mat, the last place was Ground Pro Mats was to receive a call from them So I'll Look on line for something else Johnene Pollo
