I have still not received a refund or replacement product after more than 2 months

I've emailed you several times without response. I returned my order for a replacement size. I have never received the goods and you have not refunded my money which as a last resort I requested. That is thoroughly dishonest. There is no excuse for not responding to an email. Having been in retail for 40 years I understand the possible problems, and have remained understanding to date.

Ordered Xmas gift on 6th Dec & paid £5 for shipping. We’re on 29th Dec and still not received with no indication of when it will be delivered. Tried emailing but no response. Overall terrible experience. If what you require is available elsewhere, shop elsewhere.
