Quick delivery, very happy with it all

We ordered a rebound net for our son for Christmas. Unfortunately it did not arrive and as time grew close to Christmas I became anxious. I contacted customer services and had prompt replies. They followed the progress with my order closely. Due to 3rd party delivery problems secondary to covid, my item was both delayed and damaged. Customer services sent me a second item via next day delivery via different courier, to ensure the item would arrive in perfect condition in time for Christmas Day. I am so grateful to them for all their help.

Parcel took longer than I thought it would, but after 1 email I was assured it was in its way. It arrived 2 days later. Great service
