GREATS

I own six pairs of GREATS in 5 different styles: The Royale High- Excellent sneaker- Very similar to a high end fashion sneaker I have that cost $800. Exceptionally high quality leather both inside and out. An Excellent shoe. So good I bought another pair to keep in reserve in case something ever happens to my first pair. The Royale Chukka- my first GREATS- Also an excellent shoe. Similar in quality to the Royale High. Perhaps my favorite GREATS. Wish they came in more colors with the leather lining. The Wooster- Great construction- I really want to like these shoes but despite being the same size as the others, they fit tight and don't want to loosen up. Like them a lot but can't wear them very long. The Hirsh- I really want to like these too...but too many little nits. They don't fit well like the others, color is a little strange...if it was lighter would be better. Sole is different and affects the fit. They're so different it's hard to believe they are GREATS. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer.

Love the shoes

Customer service was very supportive of my request to change shoes due to small size. I would ask the a President to refrain from sending political messages. I am not interested in his opinion, just his shoes. Thank you.

Customer service was great with Greats. Raised issue with a delayed exchange due to lack of response, and Customer Service responded super quick with resolution of shipping label and status update on exchange.
