I get an email promoting that the black on black shoe is now available.. I try to purchase as soon as I got the email and they are sold out ! I go to the chat & I am told you got a limited run in.. I get it but I don't get how it sold out so fast if I just got announcement.

I was frustrated on 2/24/17 when I attempted to purchase a pair of Royale Triple Blacks to find at the end of the purchase process that my selection was sold out. My order was completed at 3:01 PM ET. I know this product is popular, but how do you sell out in 1 minute. I couldn't have placed my order any faster. I placed the order at 3 PM ET and couldn't get the product. How can I rely on your order system when I'm shut out immediately upon order entry?
