i was a little worried 'cause this was my first time ordering from y'all and there's no *800 number to call in case i had issues. someone on your fb page had commented about your poor customer service. BUT "made in italy" is hard to find these days without the shoes costing me a month's worth of groceries. even PRADA has shoes made in CHINA - boooooo! but y'all rock! everyone responded in a kindly matter and even when there was miscommunication on sizing between the people i talked to, it all got cleared up. shoes came AMAZINGLY fast so i got to try on the size that fit and send back the ones that didn't. label was all set and ready to go the next day as promised - go "live chat!" so i would give a "10" if we were on a number scale. way to go guys! awesome job and excited to wear my shoes! definitely a repeat customer!
