GREATS

Wonderful experience - I found a typo in my address (my fault) when I got my confirm - contacted customer service and it was corrected within minutes! Thanks - oh and the shoes are wonderful!!

Clean and straight forward

First pair of Greats...travelled with me to Berlin and have been comfortable and stylish! Love them!

Very helpful, customer focused, and prompt. Completely resoled the issue in a timely manner.
