I returned my shoes and was told a credit would be coming, but it still is not reflected in my credit card account.

Too much fucking email guys. The shoes didn't fit right, I sent them back, which is fine. And now you're sending me 928 follow up emails for marketing, asking for reviews, asking for stars, suggesting products... So you're officially a really annoying company now. The whole experience was a pain in the ass to be honest - the research, the ordering, the shoes not fitting, the sending them back, the emails. I'd rather have gone to Nordstroms, tried them on, thought nah, and then moved on. You fucked up.

Shoes are too stiff in the heels. We evacuated the hurricane and I took my cute pink shoes. I wore socks and still got blisters on my heels.. I got to the hotel wearing only socks. Didn't keep the box so a total loss to me!!

Can't review anything because you never have the most popular sizes for women. Can't shop with greates. I refuse.
