The shoes are beautiful and high-quality. I just wish they offered different widths to accommodate wide feet like mine. If I order a larger size to compensate, my heel ends up slipping.

Didn't think the shoe's that I purchased were of quality .

The Hirsh is a great looking shoe, however mine had to be sent for repair due to separation of the rubber sole in various places on both shoes. Customer service was great - they were prompt, courteous, and very helpful in making it easy to send them in for repair! They were also very fast getting the repaired pair back to me. When I received them, they looked good, but immediately started coming apart again. After emailing customer service again, they overnighted a brand new pair. Again, this is a very nice looking shoe and only time will tell if it holds up better than the first pair. This company, specifically Andrew, is definitely first class in customer service and I will update the stars based upon quality of the new pair in the near future.
