Great shoes just had some initial customer service challenges

A little slow at first but it ended great.

I think, overall, that Greats deliver a very nice, upscale, stylish product with bang for the buck. I love my Hirsch boots. Well made, stylish, never out of fashion, like the Penny Loafer, Tassled Loafer, and Cap Toe Dress shoe. I appreciate very much the return policy of free shipping both ways. It's an excellent business choice. Many, many, competitors do not offer the same service, or the quality. Personnel/staff seem very straight-forward, and courteous. The only gripe I really have is the time it takes for a refund. Mine has lingered for over two weeks, and still is not processed. Not a big deal, and it is the Holiday Season, but something else I don't need to remember to keep up with. The reason for the return of my G-knit order was because it was absolutely devoid of any ankle support. A big swing and a miss, in my opinion. There has to be at least minimal support at the top. Realizing that it is a fashion shoe, rather than an athletic shoe aside, it still requires at the least, minimal ankle support. A sewn hem will not suffice. Still, I remain a fan of Greats, but now at only a four star level. I'll purchase again, I'm sure.

Great sneakers for great value!

I love the designs here, I bought three styles. As soon as I slid on a pair to be honest my initial thought was where the arch support? Now, after a full day of wearing them I can honestly say the show is comfortable, just don't look for a long distance or sporty feel. They're more luxury cruisers. Will I buy more?
