hey, i loved the look but i tried both the chukka size 11 and the low cut size 1.5 and neither fit quite right so i had to send them back. so while I have you - its been a couple of weeks and my account hasn’t yet been credited. should i be concerned?

I love them. My acupuncturist loved them as well and is getting a pair for her husband.

They exceeded my expectation, in both look & comfort, and especially at the price. Make sure you follow Great's sizing suggestion: I bought a size & half larger than I usually wear, and they fit perfect!
