My Wooster Leather Neros arrived and I eagerly unwrapped them and tried them on. But when I was slipping on one of the shoes, the stitching that holds the elastic on one side of the tongue tore about a half inch. Bummer! But it took me just a quick online chat with a Greats service rep to arrange for a replacement pair. Quick, smooth transaction. The pair that arrived a few days later are my go-to shoes for early fall. They're awesome!

These are the closes things I have found to the Vasque Townies (which I used to love) and I am quite pleased with them so far. For what I was going to spend on a casual pair of Nikes I was able to buy 2 different colors of the Rosen. They fit a little snug, but I would rather have that than have them look like clown shoes.
