I purchased an emerald cut lab diamond engagement ring from Great Heights. It's not an easy purchase to make online but I did my research, chatted with an agent, found my ring and made my purchase. I actually live in Canada, so I shipped it to a storage place on the border and picked it up on arrival. The platinum setting has graduated diamonds and everything is very secure, and well constructed. The only thing I wish they had was an option to upgrade my diamond in the future, but I don't think any/many companies make this an option when it comes to lab diamonds anyhow but that would've been amazing.

I am very pleased with the ring and the stone! I was disappointed in the box. It's basically a paper box with the Great Heights logo on it. I guess I'll have to buy one on Amazon.

Ring isn’t very durable. Easily bends. Have had ring need to get repaired twice and it stiismt repaired correctly, long waiting times to get ring out to get repaired and back(1+month) and it’s not even correctly fixed

A day after my estimated shipping date I contacted Great Heights to ask for a status. It's usually not a good sign when you have to ask. I was provided a tracking number. 4 days later nothing has been shipped and my feedback has been requested. I suggest there be a bit more quality control in which someone at Great Heights also tracks the shipment to make sure the product is actually shipped. I am guessing I will receive the ring one day. The order process was great and I hope the ring is nice.
