Are there really "tarrifs" on acu-flow that need to be passed on to your customers? I am doubtful if there is an actual tarrif as this feels like a money grab using headlines and sticking it to your customers.

I recently was sent the wrong Item. . . One $3. 50 buffing wheel when I ordered a large spool of Solder!! I was credited back $3. 50 when I was charged $ 22. 09 !!!!!! For something I didn't order on the Phone. . . Check your recorded lines!!!I then I called to correct the order and instead of mailing my Solder Priority Mail, it was sent slow boat!!!!I have been waiting a week so far!!! I told the customer service representative that Prior Mail from Boston takes 3-5 days, and then she tells me Greatlakes isn't in Boston. . . like I didn't know that!!! I told her I know where the company was located as many years ago I went there for a lab class. Your company used to be the best. . . no not so much!!!!! Cathy L Boulay . . . Modelworks
