I have been using GL for about 15 years for flatplane splints. They produce a great fitting product 95% of the time. What I've noticed over this time frame is that most recently in the past 5 or so years they now charge me $27. 80 for mounting the models (I still like using stone models vs. scanning for this procedure so the tech is able fit check the fit on a hard model, not a printed model. ) They also charge for $10 to use their pre-paid mailing label (USPS). I live in Hawaii so the return shipping charge is $31. 00. My overall cost for a flatplane splint went from $125 to now over $221. 90.

Never received the merchandise

generally good. except a book I purchased recently that did not meet my expectations at all. And the response I got after complaining was even worse. The least said about that, the better.

Would love prompt communication for when lab is closed or if a case is delayed.
