Our Biostar that we've had since 2009 just quit working one day. I reached out to Great Lakes and Lindsay was so helpful in getting the repair scheduled and sending out a loaner. Unfortunately it is non-repairable but Lindsay was able to get me the information to purchase a new one and is letting us keep the loaner until the new one arrives.
