Not great to say the least

Not received after more than 3 weeks :(

Waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered, missing the birthday as it was a gift. Never was informed there were issues and delivery would be delayed.

After 2 weeks my product has still not been delivered. It's stuck in a parcel Force Depot. I'm not getting any reply to phone calls or emails.
