I was recently sent the wrong item in an order. When I reached out to CS concerning this. I was told that I’d have to wait until, they received my return item before they would ship out the replacement. I suggested that once it was scanned at the post office, could they then ship the right item back as it was a gift that I needed for the weekend. Although it didn’t arrive before traveling, I appreciate the willingness of CS to do the right thing, all things considered. Thank you GMCC team!!
