too short and no lining

Product is nice but customer service when a return required was woefull. Imagine a new cashmere jumper has a fault (a hole on arrival under arm) and you are told to take it to a tailor for repair and they will pay for it! That's what happened until after many messages they agreed to accept return and send new one but only if I paid delivery.

Hole in shoulder within two weeks of wear. Extremely disappointing and poor quality.
