Recently ordered some replacement stems from Glasshouse. Noticed my gold vessel was a bit tarnished so I reached out to their customer service team who graciously offered to send me a replacement. What a surprise and delight when the replacement vessel arrived with a few other sample goodies (body lotion, perfume). Would definitely recommend this brand and I will certainly be ordering more products from them again!

We really enjoyed the Blossoms and Blooms candle and were hoping to purchase another one. which wasn't available when I went to the website. I reached out to Customer Care for confirmation that it was no longer an offering and for some alternative suggestions. I received an almost immediate response which was extremely informative and detailed. . It was the best care experience I've ever had. and was extremely helpful in my selection of an alternative candle fragrance.
