Lovely pen and excellent customer service! I ordered this pen as a gift for my sister -- a replacement after she misplaced her first one, which she had loved for its smoothness in writing and its comfortable and very pretty casing. It is lightweight but sturdy, available in really beautiful gentle colours, and refills easily. I experienced a small problem with the order and reached out to the company, and I was extremely impressed with the response. I received a reply to my email very shortly after sending it, and they went above and beyond in resolving the issue and were courteous throughout. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who is considering placing an order!
