Impressive Customer Service
Amidst this virus crisis I hit a snag in delivery. I emailed the company and received an immediate reply and investigation into the delivery problem.
Not just one email but with 2!
Things are nutty in the postal service right now so I wasn’t expecting much.
I was really, really, impressed with the attention to detail to ensure that I receive their most delicious quality seeds.
That’s old fashioned customer care!
My dad ran a feed store for 60 years and that’s how he took care of each and every customer. I thought that idea died with him when he passed, but this gave me hope that there are still some American old fashioned values left.
I found them at Giants Seeds.
Again, I am very impressed.
