Parts will take about a month to arrive

The part arrived damaged. Support takes multiple days to respond to emails. No option to call and talk to customer service. The chat feature does not work. I paid for this part 2 weeks ago and still waiting for the replacement to ship.

Sent the wrong part, then expects me to pay to ship back the wrong part. . it’s been over a week and still talking to them to try and send the right part
