shipping/ logistics is a nightmare

Received no communication, so canceled after 4 days but was still charged restocking fee, even though it hadn’t shipped.

Came in white color, not in black. Still didn't receive any help from customer service

Parts will take about a month to arrive

The part arrived damaged. Support takes multiple days to respond to emails. No option to call and talk to customer service. The chat feature does not work. I paid for this part 2 weeks ago and still waiting for the replacement to ship.
