This chair is awesome! I absolutely love this chair. I love that there is no case! I love the rocking motion! I love that you can site on the edge of your seat when you want to (like when a soccer game is close). I love that the seat is flat and not cupped. This chair hits everything just right! There is one minor thing that I think could be improved on. If you are a person the sits all the way back in your chair (meaning your butt is right where the seat meets the back of the chair) then you will actually feel the cross brace in the back through the chair fabric. I typically do not sit like this and I think 99% of people do not sit like this so for most people this is a not a problem at all.

Order and delivery was very easy and efficient.
