We ordered two Easy XL chairs and when we got them we realized that they were just too tall for my wife. So, I contacted GCI and they were gracious to email a prepaid shipping label and gave us a full refund for one of the chairs! (they fit me!) Kudos to GCI! The chair was easy to setup, take down and the easiest to get back in the storage bag that we have ever owned!
